I'm a Registered Dietitian & Nutritionist in Toronto, specializing in PCOS Management, Weight Loss and Diabetes.

During my clinical dietetic internship, I quickly noticed the lack of diversity and insufficient knowledge about culturally appropriate nutrition therapy in our training.

Being a Person of Color myself, I wanted to fill this gap and create a safe space for people of diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve their health goals without feeling like that is only achievable if they give up their cultural foods. My ultimate goal is to empower women of different ethnic/cultural backgrounds to take charge of their health while still enjoying the foods they grew up eating.
