  • Your subscription initiates right when you purchase.

  • Symptoms such as fatigue, carb cravings and constant hunger, mood swings reverse as soon as a week. Other symptoms like reducing facial hair and hair loss, lowering your A1C% and cycle regularity can take a few months to start seeing a difference. But I have my client reporting less frequent plucking or shaving as their facial hair growth cycle starts slowing down within 1 month.

  • Weight loss is very different person to person but on average my clients see 0.5 - 1.5 lb weight loss on average per week. Weeks you do not see drop in weight, you will see measurement changes. The program will teach you how to properly track your progress and how to interpret the data.

  • My 1:1 client love the way I have laid out the meal structure with multiple options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. It’s a very flexible system yet has specifics around what food to select and the exact amount of the protein, carb, fat, vegetables you need on your plate. You can easily mix and match items to build your own meal plan from here.

  • Most of the client I work with don’t have tons of time for cooking, so many of my meal ideas can be prepared in 15 minutes to 30 minutes. We also do not do any hardcore meal prep for the week. Instead you will learn how to prep certain components of a meal and use that to create different combinations.

  • Each membership cycle is 4 months and renews automatically for another 4 months unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

    You will have access to all the videos during the duration of your membership.

    You can also download and save all the resources provided to you for use even if you do not renew the membership

  • Roughly 1 hour per module per week

    There is roughly 6 modules so total 6-7 hours in total for the first 6 weeks.

    Each membership cycle runs for 4 months but you are only spending 6-7 hours in total to complete the 6 modules.

    What do you do for the remaining time ? The rest of the time and effort is spent in implementation and showing up to the weekly coaching calls designed to help you integrate everything you are leaning in your real life situations.

  • The membership is open to women worldwide.

  • Yes! If you have a physical card, simply use it like you would a credit/debit card. If not, you can use your regular credit/debit card and email me for a recipe to submit for reimbursement.

  • I am registered in Ontario and BC ( Canada) so I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement depending on your policy and plan.

    I may consider getting registered for Alberta if you are interested. Please send me an email if you are planning to enroll and would like a receipt.

  • Since you get complete access to all the modules and resources when you enrol, there is no refund provided.

    Also results depends on the efforts you put in. However we cannot guarantee any particular result. Therefore we cannot offer refunds at this time.

    If in the 4 months you do not find the membership beneficial for you then just cancel before the next billing cycle ( which is every 4 months)

    To see changes in hair growth pattern and reduction of facial hair ~ 3 months

    To build habits in general it takes minimum 66 days.

    Keeping in mind how human psychology works and my experience with one-on-one clients I found this being a minimum time frame to grasp the concepts and successfully build them into your routine.

  • No, the membership will only open once a year with a maximum of 150 participants at a given time.

    It will periodically open for new enrolment as old members reach their goals and move on.

    So if and when additional spots open we will update you on instagram and via the newsletter we send out.
